Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ​Orange Grove Beads. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

At this time, we only ship to US addresses.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.   Often we are able to process and ship your order the next day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping rates are based on size and weight of package.  Items under one pound will be shipped via USPS First Class Package Service and those over one pound will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Package Service. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will be provided tracking information for your package and most items usually arrive within 3 days of shipping using either First Class or Priority Mail service.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

All packages will have tracking numbers that can be tracked using usps.com.  Occasionally a package will be scanned as delivered but the customer has not received it.  In these cases the package usually shows up the following day.  If your package tracking shows as “delivered” but you have not received it wihin a couple of days, please check with neighbors as sometimes items go just a little bit astray.  If it is still missing, USPS scanners are equipped with GPS that can pinpoint exactly where it was scanned as delivered.  Still missing?  Please contact us via e-mail and we will see what we can do to help.
