I picked up these miniature acrylic black top hats on a whim thinking Halloween? Groundhog Day? Painted green for St. Patrick's Day? Tiny rabbit popping out? Hats for small pet snakes or lizards? There aren't any holes but very easy to drill wherever you want if you need to. These are about 10mm high and 16mm wide. Inside is hollow like a real hat. Sold per lot of 20 pieces.
